Billing software with batch and expiry tracking
When stock expires on the shelf, that is money lost. AgroKhata keeps stock batch by batch so you see it before it happens.
How batch-wise stock works
Every purchase creates a batch with its number, expiry date, cost and MRP. When you bill, the batch is suggested and the sale takes stock from that batch.
- See every batch of a product with quantity and expiry
- Sell the batch you choose, or take the suggested one
- Stock value at cost, so you know what is lying in the shop
Expiry alerts
AgroKhata shows batches that are close to expiry on the dashboard and in the owner's morning WhatsApp summary, so you can sell, return or plan them in time.
Opening stock and adjustments
Start with your opening stock and a batch number, receive new goods with Order Received, and adjust the count when the physical stock is different. Everything stays recorded.
Frequently asked questions
What is batch wise stock management?
It means stock is kept per batch, with the batch number and expiry date, instead of one total per product. You always know which batch you sold and what is about to expire.
Will I get an expiry reminder?
Yes. Batches close to expiry show on the dashboard, and the owner gets them in the morning WhatsApp summary.
Can I add opening stock?
Yes. Give opening stock with a batch number and expiry date when you add a product, or later by adjusting the stock.
