1Step 1About 1 minute

Register with your mobile number

Enter your name and your WhatsApp mobile number. The OTP comes on WhatsApp, you set a password, and you are in. Nothing to install: it runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer.

  • Log in later with your mobile number and password
  • Add staff logins when you are ready
  • Download the Android app any time from the home page
2Step 2A few minutes

Set up your shop once

Add the shop name, address, GSTIN and your pesticide, fertilizer and seed licence numbers. Pick how your invoice looks, add your UPI ID, and link your own WhatsApp by scanning one QR code.

  • Licence numbers and GSTIN print on every bill
  • Choose A4, A5 or a thermal receipt roll
  • Bills and reminders go from your own WhatsApp number
3Step 3Add as you go

Add your products and farmers

Add a product once with all its pack sizes. Choose the supplier, category, GST and HSN, then add opening stock with a batch and expiry. Bring your farmers in from one CSV file, or add them while billing.

  • Every pack size has its own price, barcode and stock
  • Pick a supplier and see what they already supply you
  • Import farmers with their village, crop and opening balance
4Step 4About 30 seconds a bill

Make a bill at the counter

Scan the pack or type a few letters. The batch is suggested and the GST is applied. Take the payment, or leave the balance as udhaar with a payment date, then print the bill or send it on WhatsApp.

  • GST invoice or Bill of Supply, each with its own series
  • Cash, UPI or bank, and part payments
  • The PDF goes to the farmer on WhatsApp in one tap
5Step 5Happens by itself

Stock keeps itself right

Each sale takes stock from the right batch. Purchases add new batches with their expiry and cost. You see what is low, what is about to expire and what your stock is worth.

  • Low-stock alerts before a product runs out
  • Expiry alerts for 1 month, 3 months and 1 year
  • Adjust the count when the shelf is different
6Step 6Every morning

Dues are collected for you

Every unpaid bill goes to the farmer's ledger. Each morning AgroKhata sends a WhatsApp reminder from your number before the date, on it, and after it, and stops when you record the payment.

  • You choose the days and the wording
  • One tap to send the full pending amount
  • The UPI QR can go with the reminder
7Step 7Whenever you need

See the whole shop in reports

Sales and purchase registers, GST summary and HSN, stock and expiry, profit and loss, day book and who owes you. Download any report as a file for your accountant.

  • Over 25 reports, ready for your CA
  • Cash, bank and UPI account ledgers
  • Reports stay with the owner; staff just bill

A day with AgroKhata

What changes in a normal day at the shop.

1Morning

Your summary arrives

A WhatsApp message tells you which payments are overdue, what is low on stock and which batches are close to expiry.

2At the counter

Bills in seconds

Scan, bill and send. Stock goes down from the right batch and the unpaid part goes to the farmer's ledger.

3Evening

Collections recorded

Note the payments that came in. Reminders for those bills stop, and the rest keep going on their own.

Ready in a few minutes

Register with your mobile number, add a few products and make your first bill.
